Individual Yoga Therapy sessions provide a personalized practice based on your specific needs. A yoga therapist looks at the whole human being (a holistic client view) and develops a customized practice using the tools of yoga and Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga based on holistic healing). These sessions are designed to empower you with the right tools to address your unique concerns, alleviate pain and suffering and improve your overall well being.
